Paese non ti dimenticheremo mai. We will never forget you, our hometown. So it is with the memory of a good Chardonnay.

A tribute to a wonderful humble town where it all began. The label has a picture of the actual home that belonged to the Colaneri Family where the two sons were born. Vallecupa Inferiore, in the municipality of Frosolone, in the Province of Isernia in the Italian region Molise, located about 20 km west of Campobasso and about 20 km east of Isernia.

Tasting Notes

Simply intoxicating on the nose with aromas of caramel, butterscotch, pineapple and vanilla. Our rich straw coloured Chardonnay has aged for 13 months in both new and old French oak barrels. The palate is enticed with a smooth and creamy caramel, butterscotch, smokey and pineapple flavour ending with a hint of lime.

Lobster bisque, squash or any creamy soups.
