Tasting Notes

Intense floral aromas of violets and rose petals with lychee notes enhance the honey coloured of our tantalizing Gewurztraminer. Made with a portion of dried fruit and barrel fermented for 7 months in aged French Oak barrels. The palate is intrigued by the lychee and honey flavour with the lingering finish of spice.
