Sauvignon Bianco "Fumoso Bianco" Memories of the smoky flavour that came from cooking with a stone hearth. There's nothing quite like it. We wanted to depict the way meals were lovingly prepared by Maria Colaneri in the hearth right inside the house they lived in Italy that were best shared with family and friends. Oh if the walls could talk what stories it could share! Buon Appetito!

Tasting Notes

Our golden colour "Fumoso Bianco" is made in the "appassimento" style then barrel fermented and aged in French oak barrels. Bursting with aromas of guava fruit and ripe gooseberries with hints of melon and honey on the palate.
